   Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded.

   Occasionally, the delivery of a product may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed. Should this situation arise
8. Cancellation right
   Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the product. Notification of a cancellation must be emailed to training@w1nlp.com with the header ‘CANCELLED ORDER’. This only applies to products ordered through the W1NLP.COM and not any third party sites linked to the W1NLP.COM.
9. Interruptions and omissions
   While we take every care to ensure that the standard of this Web site remains high and to maintain the continuity of it, the Internet is not an inherently stable medium, and errors, omissions, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time.
