Flashreading™ has been developed from the brilliant Photoreading™ and speedreading often taught in the business world. Photoreading™ is a skill that enables you to mentally picture each page as you flick through a book, and speedreading enables you to read at a pace up to 5 or 6 times as quick as that of traditional reading styles. By combining these skills with other technologies FlashReading™ will enable you to flash through any text.

How does it work? Most of us were first taught how to read from around the age of 5 or 6. We developed our reading abilities by reading out loud and listening to our voices. Then we were asked to carry on but to start to read inside our own heads. This strategy worked well for us as children but many of us have not upgraded this strategy and still listen to our voice inside our head, repeating every word we see, meaning that we can only read as quickly as we can say the words. Our conscious mind can handle approximately seven pieces of information at a time, while our unconscious mind can handle a staggering >20,000 pieces of information, this goes some way to explaining why sometimes our mind wonders off while reading - we're simply not reading quickly enough to keep our incredible mind occupied. Our minds think in movies, rather than still pictures and Flashreading™ works on this principle.
